The founder of this College was (Late) Sri Veeravalli John Jaya Rao. He was born in Dulla Village near Rajahmundry in 1933. He worked in the Government services as a Gazetted Officer and established several educational institutions to serve the public. He was actively involved in the field of Education since 1973.
